What is the best method to wash WALLS in my house?

What type of cleaner to use, and what technique?? I find that it's hard not to have them look streaky !!!

Would one of those H20 steamer mops work well??

Other than that, what will wash them without leaving them streaky??What is the best method to wash WALLS in my house?
No matter what cleaning product or technique you use, make this the number one rule for streak free walls. Start from the bottom, and work up.

If you start at the top of the wall, cleaning product will trickle down the wall, creating the dreaded streak. Try it, you'll love it.What is the best method to wash WALLS in my house?
The H20 steamer mop would work fine (I find it does better on walls than floors!) the Magic Eraser is good, but it gets used up very quickly and you would go through a lot just to do one wall. Use the steamer first, top to bottom, left to right (unless you're left handed, then right to left) and use the magic eraser after for spots it didn't get out. Rinse the mop's pad often in a bucket of water you have handy and refresh when it gets dirty.

Usually yes you would work bottom to top, but the H2O mop doesn't drip.
I find that the best product to use is the magic eraser. This is great at scrubbing walls and takes off all of the dirt and scum in like only 1 swipe. I use this all the time. i dont think those H2o mops work well...ive tried and actually they suck. Also, the magic eraser doesnt streak as long as you rinse it out when it gets really disgusting. Hope this helped! Best wishes
Unless you are planning to repaint, I wouldn't use TSP. It's the best product for paint prep but not for regular cleaning. For that, use $pic and $pan in a bucket of the hottest water you can stand. It's an effective cleaner and degreaser, and will make the walls look great. Use a large sponge, and wash from the bottom up. Wipe drips as you go to prevent streaking. Hope this helps.
Go to your local auto parts store! Like Auto Zone! They have Concentrated cleaner! You can dilute it some or not at all! It comes in gallon jugs! Works GREAT on WALLS!
A product called TSP...mixed as directed...then rinsed with clear water..it takes off grease and cleans really well...made for this, so is safe for all paint.
