Once after a fire I got those guys and paid them a huge sum to clean up the walls. But they didn't. I finished up using my hand and a cloth and 'Jiff', a few square inches at a time and it took forever but it finally got done by me and thats how. It was a horrible job. Oh and guess what started the fire. Thats right - an unattended chip pan.
