Use T.S.P. tri sodium phosphate
a product called sugar soap.
i know they have it here in australia...not sure everywhere else

Cheap laundry detergent is best on flat paint and it must be like white to the color of the paint to show through...Flat picks up grease and colors easy... Tide would be good and even amounts of warm water and a cotton T shirt soft to wash rinse and dry if possible by air...too much rubbing and a chalk paste comes off the flat... I paint in white on flat...it is great and fresh...easy to wash off if you get it on your skin
